I began my career at the international fashion group Success Models in their events branch. After three wonderful years spent planning prestigious events, it was in New York that I laid it all on the line at the mythic Chelsea Hotel.
Working a project in Manhattan I discovered a new way of eating oysters. Upon my return to France, I took on the challenge to bring you to discover the best of French oyster farming through this new trans-Atlantic movement.
